My name is Claudio Bisanzi and I have been working in the Tourism field in Tuscany for many years.
I love meeting people from all over the world and I have a true passion for traditional Tuscan cousine dating back from my grandmother’s recipes.
Visiting my friends for a few years in a row in America I started cooking my Tuscan recipes thought from my grandmother and they enjoyed my cooking so much that I decided to start teaching my passion.
The atmosphere of my cooking classes are set from the examples I received when I was a child living in the Tuscan hills.
We were a big family and every Sunday we enjoyed a meal all together, and this is what makes my classes a personal and unique experience.

Classes are held in my “Tuscan Kitchen” located in the historical part od Florence.
I receive from 1 to 10 persons and I offer two types of courses, one is The Classic that includes going to the market, stopping for an espresso along the way and choosing the ingredients for the meal you decided to learn and make.
Example: tasting of different types of cheeses and cured meats and bruschetta’s to follow home made ravioli with ricotta cheese and spinach or Suisse chard and a second course to choose from Chicken Cacciatore of Fillet in Bread Crust and more ... to finish off sweety you will learn to make Tiramisù or other dessert upon request.
This will be accompained by white, red and dessert wine.
A second menu option is appetizers with different types of cheeses, pasta and dessert.
